Premier League Score Predictions & Key Fantasy Players – 12th/13th Jan
QPR 1-2 Tottenham – Tottenham should capitalise on a QPR team that seems to have weakened through the early stages of the January transfer window. HR will surely sort in the coming weeks. Spurs are in good form and are achieving wins even when playing poorly, the sign of a good team.
Key Fantasy Player – Jermain Defoe/Clint Dempsey – Both looking sharp and scoring goals.
Aston Villa 1-1 Southampton – Paul Lambert will start to find his team under pressure and the goals against stats build against his Villa defence. Southampton look to be playing relatively good football with contrasting outcomes over recent weeks. No new signings that should make immediate impacts to either side, villa welcome back a couple of injured players.
Key Fantasy Player – Benteke – Strong, Fast….but still raw. Can find the net on his day.
Everton 2-0 Swansea – A strong and impressive Everton side will look to continue their league push. No injuries or suspensions to worry either managers. Everton look too strong at home for a Swansea side that plays good football but relies on Michu to score the goals.
Key Fantasy Player – Leighton Baines – Scoring boots are on at the minute and consistent defensive performances are building his points tally.
Fulham 2-1 Wigan – Home form should carry an inconsistent Fulham past Wigan at The Cottage. Wigan are struggling over the festive period but may look to introduce their new signings including Henriquez from Manchester United to bolster their line up.
Key Fantasy Player – Dimitar Berbatov – Regular first team football has restored Berbatov’s form to what we all expect. Picking up regular goals and assists in the Fulham shirt.
Norwich 1-1 Newcastle – Newcastle will be missing the departed Demba Ba and are struggling for form at the minute, a threat of a relegation battle is looming. Norwich must look to push on from recent impressive PL results using home fixtures to ensure their future.
Key Fantasy Player – Robert Snodgrass – Good form, assists and goals in recent games, expect more.
Reading 1-1 West Brom – A documented improvement of Readings form has produced a lift in confidence of late and Reading should look to use this as much as possible against a West Brom team that is flying high in the PL. Albion are producing continuously good results and can be somewhat unpredictable.
Key Fantasy Player – Jimmy Kebe – Found some form after the demolition from Arsenal. Creative, fast and earning some much needed points.
Stoke 1-3 Chelsea - Will Ba start with Torres upfront? Who knows! The Benitez haters have gone quiet after a string of good results for Chelsea. Stoke are, as usual, a formidable force at home. However, Chelsea have serious talent on display and expect them to shine through.
Key Fantasy Player – Kenwynne Jones/Branislav Ivanovic – Jones has fought back into the team and scoring regular, Ivanovic is solid at the back, good for as clean sheet and contributes goals.
Sunderland 2-0 West Ham – Sunderland have resurrected their form after a dodgy spell before Christmas. West Ham are coming off the back of a deflating last minute draw with Man Utd in the FA Cup. Sunderland should play the better football and come out on top. West Hams new signings, particularly Chamakh should be interesting.
Key Fantasy Player – Steven Fletcher – Goals, goals, goals = points, points, points.
Man Utd 2-0 Liverpool – Liverpool are still very shaky, Daniel Sturridge will provide a little more attacking prowess but Man Utd should easily over power Liverpool with the help of RVP. However, this tie is always entertaining. One not to miss!
Key Fantasy Player – RVP – The one and only, too good at the minute and averaging a goal a game since joining Utd.
Arsenal 2-2 Man City – This looks to be a great game for Sunday afternoon. Both teams play good football. If Arsenal’s defence turns up, this could be a great game with some excellent attacking players on both sides.
Key Fantasy Player – Santi Cazorla/Theo Walcott – Both in good form and scoring/assisting.

I know West Ham are having a bad run for one reason or another. Can’t see us not scoring against Sunderland though!
Sunderland have picked up at home. Be an interesting game.
Looking forward to Man Utd v Liverpool. Noticed Howard Webb is reffing. Interesting to see how he deals with the game and what everyone says after RE Webb is normally Utd’s 12th man!
I should have kept my mouth shut!
